Thermoforming

VACUUM FORMING– A molding technology where a thermoplastic sheet is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto a mold, and forced against the mold by vacuum. This process is used to form flat plastic sheet into permanent objects like covers, enclosures, and signage.

Many companies use decals or paint to decorate their vacuum formed componentry, but at DALB we have a proprietary method of Functional Decoration Molding or better know as FDM. Ever thought of IMD for Large parts?
