Company History

DALB Inc. is a privately held printing and thermoforming company, located in Kearneysville, WV, approximately 70 miles from Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC.

The company was established in January, 1982 by Lee Steeley, formerly the Executive Vice-President of DIXIE-NARCO, a manufacturer of soft drink vending machines. Also involved at our inception were three other former DIXIE-NARCO employees, including Bill Zombro, their Plant Manager, Diane Mesias, their Human Resources Administrator, and Anna Zombro, their Sales Administrator. DALB, an acronym, represents Diane, Anna, Lee, and Bill.

The company has grown from those four employees who commenced operations in a 2,500 square foot rented facility to a company-owned plant of 125,000 square feet with 170 employees and some of the industry’s most advanced equipment and processes.

With a rich history in the soft drink equipment market, we have continued to build on our reputation by diversifying into other markets and taking on new opportunities. Our customer portfolio now spans from Soft drink companies and OEM manufacturers to entertainment and ticketing companies.

Our ISO certified manufacturing facility continues to support the lighted plastic sign faces and pressure sensitive vinyl decals that gave us our start many years ago. Additionally, our capabilities now support many new product lines including thermoformed enclosures and 3D souvenir tickets.

At DALB we are extremely proud of our heritage and we take great pride in the company we have developed and the products and services we offer.
