Who is elegible to register for access to the DALB customer website?
The DALB customer website is an online resource for our beverage business customers to access our vending graphics catalog. If your company has an existing account with us and you are an employee or affiliate of one of the major bottling companies you are probably eligible to register for access.

Why can't I login? I am getting an 'invalid credential' error even though I have logged in successfully to dalb.com in the past.
Effective 6/2008 the newly launched DALB Customer Website requires that all users re-register for access. Please take a few moments to register for access if you previously registered before 5/22/2008.

I've submitted my registration information but never received the validation e-mail. What do I do now?
Be sure your anti-spam software and e-mail account is set to allow incoming e-mail from dalb.com. Call your system administrator for assistance if you cannot receive e-mail from our server. Contact our customer service department at (800) 334-3252 to get your account validated manually if you do not receive the validation e-mail link.

Yes. Go to the password support page, submit your e-mail address, and your information will be sent to you.
